Vehicle Lookup/Create

Vehicle lookup is very similar to Customer lookup. Once a Customer is found and there are drop-down arrows on Vehicle Make, Model,Lic. Plate or VIN then the customer has multiple vehicles, search by any drop-down arrow on the Vehicle box to find a customer's Vehicle. If arrows are still present then further choices are available. Choose until a single match is found.
A new Vehicle can be added using the New button. Click Save/Update after filling in as many fields as possible. Clicking X will attempt to delete a vehicle. However if there are Estimate or Invoice records associated with that Vehicle then you will be warned and allowed to either keep the Vehicle or deactivate it. Deactivation will hide it from future use but still allow for complete historical reports (sales, work history, etc.).
